Join the City of Corona for a guided hike of the Tin Mine Canyon trail! On this hike we will be discussing the geography of our area, what makes us the Inland Empire? Corona Park Rangers and volunteers will chat about how mountain ranges affect wind patterns and temperatures, how rocks are formed, and how our animal inhabitants have adapted to the environment.
Park Rangers are certified naturalists who can turn our hike into a learning experience. This hike will be about 3 miles in length and mainly flat with some elevation gain. Please note that inclement weather might postpone/cancel our hike and wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Park Rangers will provide guidance if any hazardous conditions are encountered, and please note that slippery conditions may exist.
